david choe, kaylani lei, hunter moore and the board's favorite canadian - all in the first five episodes! lilith kinda muddies things up with her open miker attempts at therapy, but yoshi has an innate ability to get his friends talking and the end result is well worth a listen.

both yoshi and david choe were on rogans a few weeks ago and it was excellent. david choe is the facebook artist that got PAID! son and the dude quite simply does.not.give.a.fuck. gambles like a fiend and travels the world. yoshi seems like a gentle soul except for the woman beating incident in japan that left him without a homeland.

how's the Bi episode?. if it's an hour of his creepy rapevan voice i'm going to pass.

it was good and it seemed like brandon could on for hours about his lifestyle choices and all that entails.

yoshi and the other host guy are difficult to understand because of broken english and speed mumbling but the in-studio whore is entertaining. she should be running the show. maybe she is?.

the chick is lilith, used to be on jim and eddie talkin shit and the mongcast. she knows the ins and outs of podcasting but she annoys the hell out of me on this one, especially when she goes into therapist mode.

david choe and asa akira have their own podcast now too. yoshi seems to be on it almost every episode, for now at least:

it was quite difficult to get through. but for the fact that I enjoyed the site back in the fayner days, I would have cut it as soon as he started talking. it was 80 mins of depressing biographical stuff, 20 mins about him overcoming his sex addiction and 5 mins of mildly interesting stuff related to the 98 outbreak.

yoshi mentioned at one stage that there's an as yet unreleased episode where they talk about chico and hayley. will be interesting to see who that conversation is with.

i hope yoshi has the balls to go deep into the haley/chico incident.

mallo... new yoshi with doron hit yesterday. titled "chico and the woman". i tried listening to it tonight via a bose dock while i was working on a house but the audio quality is pure shit. yoshi needs a translator and no one has the sense to tell the minion to speak into the mic. there was some rob black talk and a bit of max hate from what i did catch though. check it out.

I'm about up to where you gave up: very interesting stuff so far. lillith is way out of her depth with these guys, but then I guess most people would be lost trying to follow a dialogue that trawls the depths of the late 90s/early 2000s smut scene.

chico used to be on here a bit when I first joined, and I remember the acidic tone of some of his posts on luke's site. there's never really been a book that covered that era (well), right?

interesting that this is tagged as being the first 'yoshi didn't' episode. one thing I noticed was the complete lack of any advertising at the beginning. kinda refreshing these days to not have to listen to 5 minutes of requests for donations.

ep 13 (eva orner) episode was great. amazingly interesting subject matter and great interaction between host and guest. just watched taxi to the dark side and am planning to re-listen to the PC.

DVDASA has ramped it up lately with guests including eddie huang and veruca james. eddie is always interesting, haven't gotten to the veruca ep yet. It was getting a bit boring with asa talking about her ass and dave just talking about how often he jerks off, so these recent (focused) episodes were a refreshing change.
